Our holiday apartment

Our newly built 40 m² holiday apartment offers plenty of space to relax and is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy a flexible and independent stay at the Resseggerhof. It is perfect for 2–4 people.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with various appliances, a cosy living area with a sofa, dining table and TV, as well as a separate bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. A pull-out sofa bed is also available.

A private balcony invites you to enjoy the peace and quiet, the fresh mountain air and the beautiful views surrounding the Resseggerhof. The holiday apartment combines modern comfort with the cosy atmosphere of a farm holiday.

Our rooms

In addition to the holiday apartment, the Resseggerhof also offers three cosy double rooms. Perfect for two people.

Each of our rooms is equipped with a shower and toilet and has its own south-facing balcony with beautiful panoramic views. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.

A refrigerator is available free of charge for our guests on the floor. You can also make use of the cosy communal areas in the house and relax after an eventful day.

A free covered parking space is also available directly at the farm.

Prices

Room prices are per person and per night, including breakfast. The rates apply for a minimum stay of 5 nights. Shorter stays are available on request.

Additional information

Children up to 3 years pay €35, and we charge €15 per day for each additional person.

The local tourist tax is €2.80 per person per day.
Final cleaning is already included in the price. However, in the event of exceptionally heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning fee of €15.00.

A 10% surcharge applies to short stays.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. We charge €15 per day.

Free Wi-Fi and covered parking directly at the farm are available to our guests.

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the accommodation by 9:00 am.

Payment is preferably made in cash or in advance by bank transfer. Unfortunately, credit card payments are currently not possible.

Breakfast

Start your day in a relaxed way with a lovingly prepared breakfast in our cosy farmhouse lounge or, depending on the weather and season, outdoors in the fresh air.
Enjoy a selection of farm-produced and regional products such as fresh cow’s milk, eggs from our hens, speck, yoghurt, cheese, butter, honey, herbal tea, bread, homemade juices and cakes.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
From 15 days before arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the agreed total price will also be charged.

To protect yourself from additional costs in the event of cancellation, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
