Our farm and its animals

At the Resseggerhof, farm life is naturally part of everyday life. Our farm is home to cows, sheep, chickens, cats and our dog Nelly. Some of our cattle and sheep spend the summer months on the alpine pastures, while there is always plenty to do and discover on the farm throughout the year.

We are happy to give our guests a little insight into everyday farm life. During a visit to the barn, while feeding the animals or during the summer hay harvest, you can experience first-hand what life and work on a farm are like.

Our farm is mainly dedicated to cattle and sheep farming, animal rearing, and the production of milk and meat. Especially for children, it is a wonderful experience to get close to the animals, observe them and perhaps even give them a little cuddle.

This makes a stay at the Resseggerhof a truly relaxing break surrounded by nature, closely connected to the authentic life of a South Tyrolean farm.
